Guided Jungle Fishing on Cheow Lan Lake and in the rivers of Khao Sok National Park, Thailand
Thai Freshwater Fishing is a fishing company that specializes in jungle fishing in Cheow Lan Lake and the rivers, of Khao Sok National Park, in southern Thailand. It our goal to provide you with a tailored fishing tour, an unforgettable fishing adventure, on your fishing holiday in Thailand. We will take care of you from the time we pick you up, to the end of your fishing trip.
Your fishing trip can be tailored in many ways.
You can choose to use all of your fishing time on Cheow Lan Lake.
If you would like to fish in the Khao Sok Rivers and fish a whole day we can take lunch with us, and come back at the bungalow for the evening.
You can also choose to camp overnight in the jungle. (Sleep in a hammock, camp near the river.) Thai Freshwater Fishing is the only fishing company who has great experience with camping in the Cheow Lan, Khao Sok jungle.
Below you can see a suggestion for a 3 day fishing trip, on Cheow Lan Lake.
DAY 1.
Pick–up from Phuket or Khao Lak at 07.00 AM. Transport to Khao Sok National Park, where the longtail boat will take you to the jungle base camp that are floating raft houses on Cheow Lan Lake. You will arrival at the base camp around 11.30 AM. Light lunch will be served for you and you will be shown to your bungalow. Fishing can start as soon as you are ready. Return to base camp at 6.30 PM where dinner is served. Evening relaxing at the base camp.
DAY 2.
Breakfast at 06.00 AM. and after the morning fishing can start.When the fishing starts to slow down about midday return to base camp, where the lunch will be served,, and a few hours to relax. Start the evening fishing from base camp around 2.30 PM. Return to base camp at 6.30 PM where dinner is served. Evening relaxing at the base camp after a long fishing day.
(day 2 could also be used on the rivers)
DAY 3.
Breakfast at 06.00 AM. and then out for morning fishing. When the fishing starts to slow down about midday return to base camp, where lunch will be served,, and a few hours to relax. we will take all luggage with us, and fish some spots on the way back to the pier.
Arrival at the pier around 5.00 PM to meet your taxi, which will bring you back to Phuket or Khao Lak.
